30-Day Returns (Physical Products)
You may return unused physical products in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price.
- Email contact@dhikrr.com with your order number and the reason for return.
- We will reply with return instructions within 1–2 business days.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged, defective or incorrect.
For hygiene and quality reasons, Quran tabs and stickers that have already been applied cannot be returned.
Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the item. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund – including shipping – at no cost to you.
Digital Products
Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be “returned”, all digital sales are final. If a file is corrupted, incomplete or you cannot download it, contact us and we will fix the issue or refund you.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Cancellations
You may cancel an order free of charge before it ships by emailing us as soon as possible.
