Help Your Child Understand Their Feelings and Talk to Allah

Big feelings are part of growing up. The Emotions & Duas Journal gives Muslim children a gentle, safe space to name what they feel, understand why, and turn every feeling into a conversation with Allah.

Each feeling has its own color-coded chapter: sad, angry, scared, happy and confused. Children circle how they feel, write or draw why, talk to Allah in their own words and learn a short authentic dua from the Qur’an or Sunnah, shown in Arabic, transliteration and plain English with its source. Ten short stories (a broken toy, a fallen tower, a scary shadow, a new school, a jealous moment, a spilled juice…) show real situations and a simple dua for each.

Authentic duas

Every dua comes from the Qur’an or authentic hadith, with its reference: Qur’an 28:24 (when sad), Sahih al-Bukhari 3282 & Muslim 2610 (when angry), Qur’an 12:64 (when scared), Qur’an 1:2 (when happy) and Sahih Muslim 2725 (when confused). Story duas are simple words children can say in their own language.

Who it’s for
